Staff is hardly ever on the desk and most of the time in the back.

1st the room we were given wasn't cleaned yet. Staff person apologetic. Then the key card given to us did not work on the new room assigned. Again, staff apologetic and asked for assistance. There was supposed to be a wake up call at 3:30 am. Didn't happen as there was no phone in the room, even though the staff person said there was. There is also late flights that come into MHT from Philly and it would be helpful if shuttle ran to at least 11:30pm. Staff was excellent though :)

Hotel was pleasant and dining convenient and pleasant. Location on a major street was a bit noisy, but access to the airport was quick on the hotel shuttle.
