Free parking and the friendliness of the staff were positives. Overall good for our overnight stay.
There was some gum on the floor, perhaps due to the previous guest.

We really enjoyed our stay we was out of the way in a quiet space. Wasn’t ever difficult to get around from the hotel either so very pleased and would highly consider using again should I come back to Manchester

Lovely stay at Hello Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The "Breakfast to go" in the morning was great; sausage and bacon bap, a muffin and orange juice. The bap was piping hot.
Plenty of free parking, huge comfy bed and power shower. To top it off, Albert's the restaurant next door was amazing. Fab food and cocktails, well worth a visit.
Would definitely recommend and will be returning here to stay.
