Friendly staff who were helpful when we had a request. Good options not great for children.

I expected more from a brand like Hilton. The room service took almost 2 hours the pizza was cold and the drinks were incorrect. We waited so long we ended up just eating it. The excuse was that the hotel was understaffed and fully booked. This is really bad staff management.
I will probably book elsewhere in future.

Really easy check in, staff friendly. Dined at the restaurant and had a lovely meal.
Room was clean and bed comfy
