All the staff were lovely, they went above and beyond to make my stay perfect and surprise my partner for his birthday with a little cake in the room! Everything was perfect l!

Positives:
Breakfast (very good for a buffet)
Spa facilities and gym were amazing and clearly a lot of investment had gone into this
Lots of restaurants etc as in the city centre
Negatives
The room was very dated and not very clean, for the price this was quite disappointing.
The rooms aren’t soundproofed and it was very loud at night, particularly as there are doors along the hallways which don’t have a soft close.

Perfect location, swimming pool and gym was excellent and the best thing about the hotel. The room was lovely and bathroom and dressing area were spacious. There was a hair on the bed sadly and the toilet wasn’t quite clean.
