Have stayed here many times but this stay was disappointed. Toilet door broken, shower control broken, twice in a day asked for room to be cleaned no one came. WiFi was poor and barely working. Only good thing was the location. Very disappointed with an establishment with such a high per night cost

Central location, pretty spacious and comfortable room. Coffee machine, bath tub are good. Some staff were really helpful but I had to wait for the staff to come out to the reception almost every time.

Okay room, very dark room. No plug near a mirror which made getting ready difficult. TV was on a far wall so couldn’t see from the bed only USB sockets by the bed and I only have USC and plug with me

Great property and very clean and smart. My room was not done on arrival but the dury manager sorted this. The bug bear that I will never understanding is that in the suit room 207 they have a tv in the bedroom area with no remote control ! Seems pointless having it really. The toilet also kept sticking on flush. There is a mini bar but no price lists. I know these are all first world problems but just little niggles. Hotel was clean (except behind head board) and in a fantastic location.
