I booked a standard double room and I got upgraded to executive double double room upon arrival. It was amazing and we loved the room so much and all the complimentary food and drinks. Staff were amazing and so helpful. We even got 1 hour late check out due to being upgraded.

Nice size room and location of hotel was great.
We could hear what sounded like a pub garden when trying to sleep despite being on floor 13.

Lovely area near the trainstation as well as many shops. Very clean and comfortable with a large room. Very big tv with chrome casting and a great selection of teas. All in all a very good place to stay would definitely come again!

Hotel was great but i stayed in a room without much soundproofing.
Across the road are several nightclubs so it was unbelievably noisy.
I had to request a room switch and pack all belongings once the noise got unbearable at 3am.
As much as staff helped with this situation, rooms should have better sound proofing through the glass.
