I would stay here again. Been to 15 motels on our trip. This had one of the best looking made bed of all of them. Nice bed cover. Motel is older. Landscaping needs work for better presentation. Shower had a little wooden window at top. Had mold and needs painting badly. The bottom of the shower looked bad. A woman would not shower in it. It was by far the worse shower on the trip. Price wise was a decent price for the area.

First night someone tries to get into my room firstly through the front door, then through an adjoining door. Furnishings dilapidated. Coffee maker didn’t work. Room not cleaned once during my stay! A complete lottery if I got some hot water. People in next room outside at all hours drinking, smoking ( supposed to be a completely non smoking property), throwing up. Empty beer bottles and cigarette ends strewn on the grass in front of my room. I’ve stayed at many different properties in Manchester over 30 years and never had an issue. This was unacceptable.

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of nights the room is very spacious so spacious she was doing cartwheels! It has a kitchenette, with an extra kitchen sink, 3 sinks in total 1 in bathroom area and 2 outside it. There was a balcony with our room others got grass we could see some nice wildlife from our balcony such as hearing birds and seeing turkey clubs. We saw a picture of a playground in the listing but there wasnt one here. We read an arcade was a part of it but it is not available it was being renovated, also saw a sauna on the original website but didnt see one. Other than that the AC worked, smelled like fresh linens and they are pet friendly with a very low pet fee of $20! And our room was in an additional building very quiet away from main road, there are 3 additional buildings in addition to the main one on the road. The pool was good. Would suggest stairs into the pool but it was very nice to have the pool working and open! We drove over but it was ok! Staff very helpful answering questions, and they were nice which is helpful. Overall a good rate, and extra amenities that were great to have. Hoping they will open the arcade and get a playground on the property it would be a good addition along with extra bbq grills as we saw one. But overall a great place low rate and good pool.

NOT EV friendly! We asked if we could use the outside 120V outlet for overnight charging and were denied despite the relatively minimal electrical draw. Hotel also charge our credit card for the room although we had already pre-paid (still waiting for the refund of the double charge). The motel itself is kind of old and run down but was adequate.

We arrived around 7 pm. We got our key and went to the room which was across from the street. the day was very hot and humid and when we went into the room, the air conditioner was not on and the room was hot and smelled bad. We got the air conditioner started and it kept shutting off. We finally got it to stay on and left to meet our guests for dinner. We returned to our room around 10 pm and the air conditioner was off. The room was hot and smelly. There was no one in the office so we stuck it out. We got the air conditioner back on, sprayed Lysol in the room, and went to sleep. The A/C turned off several times during the night, which required us to turn it back on. In the morning, our toilet backed up and overflowed onto the floor. We tried calling the office and no one answered. My husband dressed, and drove to the office around 8:00 am and no one was there. He ran into a cleaning woman, who spoke no English, but dialed a number on a phone and handed it to my husband. My husband discussed the situation with another person who spoke broken English and was told they would come by. Two men came with towels, mopped up the water, and left, stating they would check. They came and told us that there was a broken pipe in the basement. By this point, it was 10:30 and we had not showered or eaten. We made a reservation at another hotel for that evening, packed up, and left. We got a call at 1:00 pm stating that they could put us in a different room... No thanks!

Bathroom wasnt that clean, the bathroom floors were sticky and found black hair on the floor. The room smelled musty and like mildew the carpet had stains and looked from the 80s. Very outdated. The ac is old and took forever to cool off the room. All around it was dark and dingey.

Traditional motel, quite dated. Like stepping back into 1955. Barebones amenities. Very small shower — fortunately. I’m kind of a skinny guy!

The property consists of 4 buildings 3 of which are located across the street from the main building, if you want ice you have to drive back to the office to get it. There are no phones in the rooms. We have stayed there many times before when it was under different ownership other than those two items still a good place to stay. Prices are deffenitly better than other hotels and motels in Manchester.

Nice area. Lots of ants. Very old bed that smelled, having absorbed at least twenty years of travellers sweat. Mold on shower curtain. Just generally a meh sleazy atmosphere and it wasn't cheap.

At 8:45 on Friday I got a phone call asking where we were. Since he had not arrived yet, we had to go to Econolodge to get our key at 9 pm. We booked the Chalet but were put in a Travelodge down the street. There was no office open in our building. No coffee available in the morning other than one packet left in the room with a tiny pot. No ice bins. No housekeeping, so 1 packet of coffee was not replenished. We booked a room for 4 people and had 2 towels for 2 days. Half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Luckily we did find another roll hidden away, since housekeeping never came. Refrigerator was not even plugged in when we arrived. Pillows are extremely thin. TV was inside a stand that could only be seen from one bed. Half of the electric outlets could not be used, and there were not many. Hubby had to unplug microwave to charge his phone. So much mold and mildew my grandson had an episode. Shower curtain ripped. Outdoor pool up the road at the hotel we booked, had not even been opened yet...It is June! This entire building needs a complete overhaul before anyone should be allowed in. We aren't picky. The bed was clean and comfortable. There aren't many places to sleep right now. $50 a night would have been acceptable for what we got, but $150 a night is insane. The Health Department in VT needs to do better. This is not acceptable!
