Everything with the hotel and the staff is perfect. The food is VERY VERY GOOD. Pools are sparkling clean. Staff is friendly and professional. What I didn't like is more to do with the nature - the rocks in the water hurt very much when you kick one you didn't see - if they could just clean the beach from underwater rocks everything could be just perfect.

Unfortunately, we cannot clean the rocks in the sea because this area is a natural protection area for caretta carettas.

Lively hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Less. Bits than 5 urs ago so food didn't cater so much for bits but was plenty of choice oice.

Overall a very good stay
Posted 21 May 2018 on HotelsOverall a very good stay and pleased with what was provided and value for money. We don't normally do all inclusive deals but this was a good first holiday with a new baby.
Comments of note;
- our non-smoking room was between two smoking rooms so out on the balcony or with the patio door open it meant you could smell next doors smoking
- beer was never replenished in the mini bar
- the beach was maybe a 6/10
- make sure you book al la carte restaurants days in advance
- there is a taxi bank right outside the hotel entrance, granted the same pricing as what reception told, which is good

Not as good as it was.

Pros: The infrastructure is ideal, it’s got it all.
Cons: The choice of food is now less than it was. Normal hotel fare, not exceptional, as before.
Location: Side and Manavgat are a short dolmush ride away. Located in hotel area.
The extra little things that made the hotel special, unfortunately seem to have disappeared. It’s still a good hotel but not as good as it used to be.
