Hotel excellent, rooms splendid, overall cleanliness very good. Food very good, good choice, staff need to monitor the temperature of the bain maries as many were too low.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and nearly everyone spoke English. Great selection of food in the buffet restaurant. Ample indoor seating for guests when the winter weather is not suitable for sitting outdoors. Really pleased the hotel has a smoking room available for guests near the lobby bar.

Food was great room need renovation bathroom was old the fridge was not working AC was not good too

Close to the beech. Some staff seamed a bit put out by simply doing their jobs. Gio and Daria were good with our daughter, along with other kids. Pools were too cold and too deep in the vast majority of areas. Food was good, although the ice cream was not. Paper cups are silly and should not be used. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss too. Some being excellent, others just plain awful. Was too hot in our room because the AC had been turned off and when I asked they guy said it's turned off for Winter and couldn't be turned on. Hotel and it's surrounding were very nice.

This is a very good hotel for families with lots of activities all day long. Buffet for all meals was delicious, assorted with much variety. You can also find decent snak between meals by the pool. Recommended.

Bei allen anderen 5 Sterene Hotels waren die a la Karte Restaurants gratis und hier wurde schon beim erstemal 10€ pro Person verlangt. Personal nur im Beach bereich waren auch nicht grad so freundlich. Getränke Auswahl war auch nicht überall gleich vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Hotel.

Man kann sich wirklich nicht beschweren, schönes Hotel, sehr guter Service, lustige und nette Animation ohne das es aufdringlich ist und eine riesen Auswahl an Essen und Getränke rund um die Uhr. Poollandschaft und Wellness Bereich sehr schön und direkter Strandzugang. Nur den Spät Check out mit 10,00 € die Stunde fanden wir jetzt ein bisschen zu teurer. In unserem Fall wären es 50,00 € gewesen. Allerdings gibt es die Möglichkeit die Koffer an der Rezeption unterzustellen. Bis zu Abholung am Abend bleiben alle Leistungen erhalten. Im Fazit: Ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Gerne wieder.
