This location is over an hour away from Antalya, no major attraction in the area. The majority of staff does not speak any foreign language, so good luck requesting service! The managers are very unfriendly to customers and rude to their own staff. For three family stay, they refused to give us three door keys, after insisting they gave in with a very bad attitude. Don’t wear any American flag design clothings, you will get dirty looks. The beach is not sandy but the weather was perfect, the room was clean and the AC worked. All you can eat buffet style was popular and always crowded. The food was delicious. The front desk needs to be retrained on customer service and be required to speak a foreign language. The managers should receive sensitivity training and stop treating staff like slaves.

We don't understand if someone wears american flag clothes, so they get dirty looks? We have guests of many different nationalities and we have never heard of such a thing before. No Air-conditioning and Youth Hostel standard

The rooms are big, that is the only positive thing about this hotel. Upon arrival in the room it had an unpleasant smell that did not disappear after airing out the room. The rooms had no air-conditioning between 5am and 6pm during Turkish summer (35-38 degrees Celsius) and this was not advertised. The room I booked was advertised as air-conditioned. Hotels.com did nothing at all to help us, no reply, no customer service. Reception first tried to hide the fact, promising that a technician will come to check until after hours of waiting they admitted this is a recent change in hotel policy. They lied to me saying this is the same in all hotels in the area, ridiculous. The furnishing and bedding was old and used, of Youth Hostel standard without a real blanket. Given that the air-conditioning did not even cool the room at night, not even that sheet was needed. There is no Wifi in the rooms, not even those next to reception, something to be aware of. The main restaurant was extremely noisy and unpleasant, dirty at the tables as well as the buffet. The food was without exception disgusting. My son had diarrhea after the first meal. The beach is not nice for children and there is no sand. I can not recommend a stay at this property.
