lobby large, comfortable -although i booked a family room with sea view, there are no sea view rooms in hotel room air conditioner -elevators are insufficient. shower heads are faulty. buildings are old. wardrobe and hangers are useless. beds are uncomfortable. room cleaning 1 in 2 days. many mosquitoes bar n/a -depressing and dull. can’t see the pool and the outside. concerts, dances and entertainment are aimed for foreigners and are of poor quality drink n/a -all alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks are of poor quality and diluted food morning mince pie -bad. potatoes, pasta, chicken, noodles, pizza and onion rings etc. base for every meal. cakes, desserts and the oils they use are of poor quality landscape n/a -complicated and convoluted beach long and wide beach is clean, tidy and quiet. by far the best of Titreyengöl -sunbeds are plastic but the cushions they put on them are sufficient sea clean -during 10 days of my stay, i didn’t see a day without waves, wind and swell pool pools allocated for adults, children, babies and slides are sufficient -disinfection is insufficient alacarte n/a -cat hair on the chairs. food arrived 1 hour later and wrong. kebab and pistachio baklava were very bad quality disco n/a -insufficient internet, safelock and doc are paid. Turkish coffee is made only in a single bar. hotel’s para boats are very close to the shore and pass quickly, dangerous for swimmers and poses a wave problem. disgusting music they play at full volume.

Pegasos World

It is our second time here and we love it. The big downside is the shop by the pool, there are no prices on anything and the man behind the till just charges what he feels like and is very expensive. Pegasos World either need to tell the shop owner to price everything with reasonable prices or get rid of him and his shop and get someone else in before they get too many negative reviews. Anyone going should take pool inflatables etc as they are a rip off. Apart from shop it's a great resort. The shop is letting it down.

Mattresses let stay down. Also paying for Wi-Fi and safe expensive. Teenagers getting drunk turning their wristbands inside out so bar staff thought they were older. Spoilt the evening experience. This was my 4th visit not sure I’d return again. Apart from my negative comments above I still think it’s a lovely place

What an amazing hotel!!! I honestly do not have one complaint and can not wait to return next year. Every detail is covered by the staff - in particular one staff member really stood out and made our holiday that extra bit special, Oguz, with his warm smile and happy welcome each morning nothing was too much and he always went the extra mile to help us and make us more comfortable or make my 4 year old laugh! Will definitely be coming back next year! X

Never again at this hotel

Never again at this hotel, because of: Getting fired from dining table when dining time is over; Cheaper and worst drinks on the market; WiFi isn't working, even if it is extra paid for; Products ending service before the end of service time so their answer is same everyday like SORRY CAKES OVER; No responsibility if the transportatin lates a few hours I made a reservation misled the hotel's beautiful pictures on the internet but have not satisfied the hotel's services and staff.

Great family hotel, very BIG and clean.

Water slides and blue flag was the reason to choose this hotel. Very big and something for everyone. Make sure you have euro or Turkish lira! ( dealing with Turkish lira made it cheaper for lots of staff generally in Turkey) Hotel doesn't deal with Au dollar!

Pros: Good internet speed, good pool and beach.
Cons: Carpeted floors would be nice! Also when there was rain one night, water entered my room from my front door. Need to work on the roof on building 5.
Location: The beach is very good.
Overall I enjoyed this hotel. Beach was excellent and the food had variety.
