The hotel was ok, the rooms and hallways were very "institutional" but the common areas were quite nice. Ate in the restaurant twice and it took well over an hour to get our food both times so be prepared. Unfortunately, there is not much in the area, and it is not very walkable.

Breakfast was great rooms are great pool and staff wonderful area around hotel is a little sketchy but is expected in Brasil

Family stay.
Posted 26 Mar 2023 on HotelsNice lobby. The room is a little small. Pillows could have been fluffier and towels could have been softer. Lost electricity and was running off a generator. Had to bath in cold water. Lights went out in time. Thankfully we were already packed. Not close to things to do.

Staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. I always stay here when I visiting my friends and family in Manaus. The breakfast is the best.

Extraordinary

Like the room and the area Within the hotel. Food was good in the buffet. Did not like the room that had lots of moisture and water leaking under bathroom sink.
