Beautiful lobby area; Starbucks available; friendly staff; had no housekeeping service.

The side doors were not working properly with room keys but that happens at all properties occasionally. Not a big deal.

Bathroom wall paint was chiped in a few places, empty hardware on the same wall should have been removed or new hardware hung,no lotion in the bathroom, carpet needs to be replaced and front desk clerk struggled. Overall the hotel was in poor condition. I would not recommend it.

The customer service is awful. I can't get ahold of anyone at a bad experience.

Bistro area was unsatisfactory

Carpet was dirty worn and the room smelled musty. The staff were amazing/nice and accommodating!!

Room was not cleaned, no body wash, only 2 towels for 2 people, 2 day stay. Asked for extra toilet tissue and did not get it.

Nice Stay
Posted 26 Jul 2024 on HotelsAll of the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed which was disappointing and I do wish that someone would have communicated that to us earlier. Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable.
