It's a great place to stay, Expedia somehow lost in their messaging the most important piece of information THE CODE TO THE ROOM!!
I don't blame the Inn, I did get in touch with the INN person on call over the phone and they quickly cleared up the missing door code.
Expedia did NOT have the door code in their arrival instructions, although days later I found it in some long house rules letter.
You should stay at the INN, just find some other way then Expedia to book it.

We had a wonderful stay at The Centerboard. It is in a wonderful location, with easy access to beaches and downtown.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. There is no staff on site. You checking with a code they send and it was super easy. Only downside was the pillows on the bed were awful.

Room was very clean. Bed was not comfortable Pillows were awful. There is no staff on site so be sure to read how to get in. There are quiet hours and no children allowed. At about 10:00 pm we heard people running the halls. Parking is limited but we had no issues.

We're surprised that you found the bed uncomfortable which we are much complimented about for good sleep. Regarding pillows, we have a firmer one in the room's closet. Staff leaves around 4-5 pm, but we cover the phones 24/7 including emergencies. Thank you for staying with us.
