Housekeeping is not professional. They always forget things in the room, and sometimes they don’t clean the room.

Pleasant stay worth the price!

Nice cozy hotel about 5-10 minutes away (on foot) from the Raouche Rocks and Corniche. Hamra Street is also just a stone’s throw away. Hotel staff were very nice and pleasant and I enjoyed my stay here. Good value for money.

Hotel was located perfectly, close to everything. Rooms are modern and nice, however whenever the room is cleaned it isn’t that clean, so they can focus more on the cleaning staff being thorough and clean. Otherwise my stay was perfect! :)

Due to the financial crises the companies we used to work with for cleaning closed and we trying to hire cleaning ladies and giving them training but its taking abit of time . This has been my worst hotel experience thus far. This hotel is completely undeserving of the 4.5 star reviews it has received so far. I know that many of these reviews can be made without proof of visitation, so I believe that is the reason for the gleaming reviews. It is not plausible that anyone who has stayed here would say such positive things about this hotel. It is safe to say that this hotel ruined my entire trip and I am saddened to say that I went here based on these clearly false reviews. This hotel was absolutely disgusting: 1. There was hair (not mine or my partner’s) all over the floor and bed. 2. There were stains all of the back of the door that I can only hope were toothpaste. 3. The windows were too dirty to properly look out of. 4. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. 5. They only provided one single towel for two people and were unwilling to provide with more towels, despite our numerous requests. 6. The room number was broken. It was not even attached to the door. 7. The lamp was broken. 8. The white nightstand has brown stains on the side that looked like fecal matter. Unfortunately, I had prepaid for this trip and could not find an additional place to stay on such short notice for my short trip. When I voiced my concerns to the owner, he ensured me I would receive a refund almost four months ago. I have screenshots to show our conversations. He has done no such thing. Expedia has done nothing to rectify this matter.

Dear Madam, Thank you for your amazing review ,which we both know where it came from, there is no hotel with our review rate that can be as bad as you say .but your a kind of person that ;try to stay in a hotel and then get a refund after she leaves. So i won't be dragged with this .You had an issue with the towels which was solved same minute and you discussed the issue with the owners and offered you to refund you and find a new hotel but you decided to stay your whole trip in our hotel if we were that bad you would have left the same day . Plus we kept checking on you daily and you were happy and everything is good . Still when you left you decided to ask for a refund and we said we will but with the Covid-19 and the financial situation in Lebanon we asked you to wait for us to open first and get some fresh money in our accounts so we manage to refund as this is the rules now in Lebanon not with us . Anyways, Thank you again for your review and good luck in your stays somewhere else . Best Regards Firas Haddad

Very hospitable, Mohammad was great specifically when there was an issue with the booking. All resolved and the stay was great. The location is ideal close to Hamra street where you will find restaurants, pubs and shopping and the seaside boardwalk

Nice room with a ‘ could be nicer ‘ breakfast !

Nice hotel in Beirut. Good location close to the Main Street. Comfortable and spacious room Breakfast was very very basic.
