We reserved a 2-bedroom suite with kitchen and living areas and this is what we got. The caveat being that while fully equipped, the kitchen lacked a few essential items such as a toaster, knives and cooking small utensils. This limited the usefulness of the kitchen. The pool, while immaculately clean was not exposed to sun and therefore could not be used (cold).

There was no hot water on last entire day; it was very cold outside. Don't expect this kind of service from this expensive hotel
