No towels no hot water no heating, temperature of the unit was 19 and kids were freezing. Very smelly couches. We left after 2 hours from checking in and requesting full refund

The worst thing is that Expedia has wrong location for this hotel on their map. Apparently, this has been the case for a while and they (Expedia) refuse to fix it. In fact, Expedia even refused to own up to this error - as I booked based on the map location (as spelled out addresses are notoriously unreliable in the region) and ended up staying at the wrong area with much inconvenience. Called Expedia, and the only remedy they sort of offered is “we *may* be able to cancel without penalty… *maybe* - not even sure”. No offer of rebooking at the right area, no certainty whatsoever. “You have to book another (correct!) location at your own expense”. Quite a dismal experience!

Good stay
Posted 29 May 2023 on HotelsThe apartment is large and clean, and the staff is good. The apartment was changed due to a malfunction in the air conditioner and the kitchen. Tea, sugar and water are not available except once only, and the toilet is empty of personal hygiene tools

Disappointing

possible to find better properties for the price.
