I am very lenient, and flexible; however we did not get our room cleaned for our stay there, this includes the breakfast that is “included” cost money in the stay there. If visiting Granada it is better to stay near el Parque for more modern experience and not a bad hotel to stay.

Dear customer, sorry to hear that your room not cleaned during your stay at the hotel, it was more easier to talk with the reception to clean your room anytime, your reservation policy was not included with your cheapest rate. I hope you will have a nice safe trip to your next destination.

We stayed a week at this quaint hotel. The location was beautiful with a view of the lake. It was convenient to access the lake and walk to central Granada. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. For a small hotel in a developing nation, this hotel delivers all the necessities. We had a great experience with the staff and the area.

we apologize, this room is right now under massive maintenance, the person you asked to change your room was a night security guard and has no permission to change the room before he has to go ahead from the manager whose was her mobile phone out of rich .
