Good location
I didn’t appreciate the fact that the hotel was overbooked upon my arrival, and I ended up trying to check-in around 4:30PM so I feel it was a decent time to check-in. They were gracious enough to let me check-in to their other nearby hotel. The problem with that was that it was 1) further away from the shopping center (Metrocentro) and 2) I had to pay my OWN way to get there for the inconvenience. Does that seem fair?
