The staff was great, howe, however we were moved to three different rooms due to rain entering the room through the roof. We were not offered any compensation and ended up in a room with only one bed when we initially paid for the loft room that had two beds.

Quiet and beautiful stay right in the heart of Granada! We came back to our room spotless each day we were here! Reception and staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! The room was much larger than I thought it would be, had a huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and outdoor seating area and the front desk staff was so incredibly helpful! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent stay, are supper and breakfast. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Had car parked a few blocks away in secure, off-road parking area. Would highly recommend.

The loft room is absolutely beautiful! We slept upstairs with my daughter downstairs. The air conditioning keeps the temp comfortable. The staff were gracious and helpful. The hotel is accessed by a locked gate the leads into a beautiful courtyard, so we felt very safe. Loving the Estrada!

The property was beautiful, and the best was the customer service. The property had security. The facility had a restaurant and bar. The food was great, and the bartenders were terrific. The menu had a great selection and food was delicious. Scarlet and the rest of the staff were very attentive to one's needs. Scarlet was a Blessing. She coordinated the transportation and her recommendations for sites to visit were great. Thank you

Me and my husband had a wonderful time, highlight of this stay was the staff, wonderful warm and kind people. We had dinner and breakfast too and the food and drinks were delicious. Will definitely be back!
