Aircon is not cold
Posted 23 Jun 2018The aircon is not cold in our room but all they did is just keep sending the engineering to fix it. After 2 hours being fixed by the technician I had too complain again because it was just the same!! They just keep on sending technician instead of giving me a new room. I was travelling with my baby and its almost 10 pm so I really had to make a hard complain until they give me a new room..
