We didnt expect the snow on our stay and honestly we didnt know what to do but the staffs were very helpful and nice to help us out.

Hi Stephanie Pfingsten, you and your boyfriend checked in with three dogs and destroyed our furniture, but you disagree about paying any pet fee. You violate hotel policy. While the manager requested you to pay, you threatened and tried to attack the manager. The hotel kept video footage of your actions. You are not welcome to this hotel anymore and in case if you book through a third party we don't respect your reservation.

I came to visit with my partner and our dog from Los Angeles. The room was very clean and came with a TV and air conditioner/heater. The pet fee was $30 per night which I paid when checking into the property. The parking is free, but can be packed if arriving late. Shops and plazas are walking distance from this property as well.

Mammoth Lakes is beautiful and I just wish I had more time to explore. Clean fresh air, hiking areas and just beautiful serene spots all around.

Definitely an older property that is in the process of being updated. If you are going in a ski trip and want a very basic room, this is what you’ll get.
We were expecting a little more modern.
The switch to the bathroom light is actually in the shower, where you could easily be shocked.
The carpeting on the stairs is old and rather worn. There was no one in the lobby when we arrived but there was a sign on the door indicating that there are no check ins until 3:00pm.
Well probably skip this one on our next stay.

Not grand, but not bad for a reasonable price plus staff is so friendly. room is clean, location is close to shopping and restaurants. we stayed 2 nights. and definitely will come back next time.
