The Good- it was only dirty in a few areas. The Bad- it was filthy in other areas. The Ugly- after calling the minute we we saw the room. Christina came by and we pointed some of the bad areas to her. We left for the night only to come back to find that only a small portion of what was wrong was fixed. The Even Uglier- i texted back and forth during the weekend only to get "sorry for the inconvenience", "thanks for staying with us"and "well fix this for the future." Ya that helps me.
