Great hotel with great amenities

Hot tub (indoors) was warm at best and pool wasn't. I called ahead of time (before booking) to confirm they would be.
Heat in the room was okay at best.
Jets in tub in room didn't work.
Wifi in room was so bad I had to use Public and not Guest, which was slow and went in and out.
Will be asking for a refund

Loved the shuttle service. The property needs updating. Rooms are dark and old.

I experienced a number of issues during my stay…the tub wasn’t draining properly, internet connection went down in my room, hand soap in room’s bathroom was very near empty, upon my arrival there was a leftover cloth napkin from room service. These conditions combined negatively impacted my stay. Room didn’t feel clean and attended to.
