To much construction, workout room out of service, room was right next to the ice machine and heard it all night. Construction woke me up early, I will never return to this hotel.

They are in the middle of a refurbish. My room was brand new and lovely but the dining area was as a mess

The hotel is very clean, the staff owner was extremely nice! I totally enjoy talking to them. The hotel is being redone but the rooms that are done are beautiful they are very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was quiet. I highly suggest booking this hotel.

The property is being renovated, but it is still very clean. We were put on the 3rd floor which was recently renovated, and it was very well done. The front desk personal were very pleasant and acconadatating.

I may now give up on Holiday Inn Express. Every one I go to is under heavy renovations. That would be fine if it was run properly. We checked in early and the room was ready, but due to current renovations to the piping, the water was off in the whole hotel until 3 pm. We had to go to a nearby grocery store to go to the bathroom. Couldn’t really wash up from our trip until after 3. Checkin staff was good but night manager didn’t make coffee when it was needed so each day when I went down to get some, there wasn’t any. We always liked HIEx until they’ve been overhauling the management staff while renovating each hotel. New staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Everything that used to be as it should be, is not. You have to ask for everything. Maid staff skipped our room so we had to go find one who could empty our trash can and give us towels. Looking for another chain to plan our stays from now on.

This place was terrible. So ran down, no one has made any repairs are even took the time to straighten the pictures or lights on the walls. Our room had awful, repairs that looked like a child fixed it. The toilet didn’t even flush
