Loved our stay here. Food was excellent and catered very well for Gluten Free guests. Hotel clean and tidy and all the staff friendly and approachable. Kids Club was available but aimed more towards younger chilldren. Yes there is building work next door but when round the pool, you can't hear or see it. Swimming pools on the cooler side, even the heated ones, but this didnt stop us using them daily. Short walk to the beach and local shops, great family hotel, felt very safe walking around the area during the day and evening.

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. The food was very good in the restaurant. We were however given an initial room Which did not reflect my email correspondence or my request at all - in fact far from it. This resulted in a lot of upheavel the following morning. We had a lot of luggage as we had a baby with us. The original room was dark and dingey near the loud evening entertainment- the hotel also placed our baby for dangerously under a hanging/suspended television. Very dangerous!! There was also an exposed wire box on the patio door which connected between the door and frame for the air conditioning. Very dangerous as the wires were showing and accessible. We paid extra to move rooms and this room was excellent.

The children’s playground backs off to the car park. There’s a very low fence with a small gate. The parking area has a gate that backs off to a main road. Any child can walk off and anyone can walk in to the the playground. It is unsafe for children to play freely.

Great place for family with kids. Lots of fun for them. Rooms are also great big with lots of space.

Families with children can choose this hotel. For us who don’t have children it was a bit noisy. The food was really good

Hotel was absolutely spotless. Constantly being cleaned. Very modern hotel with fantastic facilities, we were in a penthouse suite with its own hot-tub...just fabulous.

This was our third visit to Zafiro Palmanova. This year we were disappointed. Our room was adjacent to a neighbouring hotel with wry loud entertainment well into the night. Our children couldn’t sleep until 1am. The room lacked the finishing touches: very poor water pressure, toilet flush faulty, no dish cloths/sponges. We asked for spare towels as room service didn’t arrive one day- took 6 hours.

Overall the property was very nice however we could all of the movement of other guests in the hallways from our room. We also could hear the entertainment every night from our room which was really loud. Rooms are not sound proof at all.
