Everything was very nice, the area, clean, the service. The only thing is that the beds were really hard to sleep on. Not comfy.

The property was really nice and although Santa Ponca is a commercial resort it had a nice vibe to it, great beach and accessible to explore other areas. The view was lovely from the balcony and pool was great.
There are lots of steps up to the complex from the town/beach which was ok for our family but some might find this a problem.
We would definitely recommend this to others and return for another stay.

Would never stay at this property again. We never got our deposit money back after being told we would and also the property was full of ants everyday. The coloured was at reception was nothing but rude. I would not recommend this to anybody. Worst stay of my life.

Good afternoon, the deposit for the safe is 3 euros as indicated on your receipt that is given to you when you make a safe. I attach an image of the receipt. In the Balearic Islands, if you leave food in the middle during hot weather, ants will come, it is very normal. If I had had a problem I could have reported it and someone would have gone to solve it. The person he refers to is "the night porter."Thank you

Hair drier not working, towels all stain and no action were taken dispute complaints. The worse about the stay was the bad smell in one of the bedrooms. Check in late by 1.5h done at 4:30PM. Staff in reception were good.

Good place to stay. Not far from beachfront and easy to get taxi around. Staff friendly and responsive desk open 24 hours. Would recommend.

Great location if u don't mind the steps up to it , beds were rock hard and pool closed at 6 which I thought was a bit early but otherwise great place to stay x

Good morning, we are very sorry for the inconvenience of the steps outside the hotel, there is also the option of going down the main street. The pool must close at 6pm because it cannot remain open without the lifeguard. In Spain the working day is 8 hours. And the pool is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Thank you

We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds.
The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed!
The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic! Snorkeling with the fish and sailing the sea!
My children made some lovely friends and bought some beautiful clothes from the local shops.
All in all, a wonderful family holiday we will treasure
