Hotel was nice and the staff super helpful. The only thing is their carpets need to change! They are too old and non cleanable it seems. Otherwise it was great!

Directly across from the main bus station. Directly across from the pedestrian zone. Perfect location if you're visiting the city

On a very noisy street and the windows don’t do much to block the noise. Friendly staff

Very central and just across the old part of the city. Too close to the central bus station, can be noisy. Clean and convenient, but property would benefit from some reno, especially corridors.

Lovely time in Palma

The room wasn’t huge but very nice and the air con was working perfectly so we were pleased.
House keeping staff came daily, did a good job

Great location, within walking distance of city centre. Our room was ok , paid for a city view room but given a room at the rear of the hotel, not nice.
