Room was great, staff were nice, very close to the beach, pool was small, the only thing i didn’t like was the area around the hotel, I would have preferred a quieter and more relaxed environment.

The food at this hotel is awful. There was also children screaming below my room until 10:30 at night.

The hotel itself was very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and practical with facilities like the pool and gym. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very nice with lots of options. However, to be clear this is an extremely family and kid oriented hotel. You wouldn’t expect this from looking at it, however even off peak, it was packed with young children and families. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and be in a quiet environment then I would not recommend. Staff in hotel were quite helpful but the staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel were extremely unhelpful, cold and inattentive at all times of the day. Definitely one of the nicest hotels in the Alcudia area but just be aware it is very much for young kids and families.

Cannot fault the hotel, absolutely 10/10 customer service, facilities, food. Sea view room was magnificent!! Would highly recommend. Thank you Melia for an amazing experience, we will definitely be returning!

I had a great stay and I strongly recommend this hotel. It was a busy season but it was visible that all staff members were doing their best to keep everyone happy. Special kuddos to Juliette and Tania.

The little loft apartment was perfect for my friend and I. The hotel was immaculately clean. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with something for everyone and all super fresh. The hotel itself was easily located for walking to the beach or in to the port.

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was very good, lots of different food to choose from, very clean restaurants. The hotel’s decor was lovely, would recommend this hotel.

Nice and modern hotel near the beach and restaurants. Great staff. The property was well maintained and nicely decorated with a very modern decor. Definitely I will recommend this place.
