No tenía ni un jaboncito para lavarse las manos, ni artículos de limpieza en la cocina.
Tenía un solo ventilador para los dos ambientes...
todo muy bueno, solo algunos detalles pequeños para ser excelente.

The furniture in the room is too old.. no air conditioning ..no soap.. no fridge..

First of all, we are sorry for your dissatisfaction, our aim is to try to satisfy our customers as much as possible, it is true that the furniture can be old, every year we fix different parts of it, and it is a long process which we are still working on. Regarding the air conditioning and fridge, in the description on the website it is indicated that the room is not equipped with these items which you point out you do not have in the room. The soap, as can happen, was an oversight and if you had requested it, you would have been given a new one immediately. We hope you understand us for your part, as we understand yours.
