No parking like advertises

There are parking slots in front of the Hotel at the street up to availability as well as a huge gratis public parking area 5 min walking from the Hotel and a paid public parking on the parallel street - you probably didn't find it although it impossible to miss it, you did not ask at reception ... who's fault is this now?

Property was great as we had early flight. Clean and had everything we required for our stay. Didn't like the area. Was too crowded and rowdy.

Having a 24 hour reception after travelling on a night ferry from Barcelona to Palma was a godsend

Very good hotel for a basic stay. Ideal for solo travellers like myself. Conveniently located next to bus routes and a short walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It had everything I needed, except a fridge. However, the air conditioning, balcony, and lovely breakfast made it a perfect stay.

Very good! Very polite stuff, great rooms and cleaning service. Breakfast was amazing. Good location, close to airport and centre and nice beaches. Highly recommend!
