From the moment I stepped into the hotel I knew it was going to be amazing. The staff were very kind and made me feel very welcome. The from was spotless and had everything you need. I used the ‘indoor’ pool every day which was always clean. The massage I had was so good! I will be returning to this hotel every year 😍

This hotel is amazing! The pictures don’t do this hotel justice as it’s completely updated and modern now, such a beautiful hotel. Don’t forget to reserve your parking ahead of time at the hotel it’s 16€ per day. Overall this hotel is a 10/10, the rooms are modern and functional, staff is incredible and so helpful. There are 3 pools, 1 of which is on the rooftop and you can go upstairs for a drink and/or swim and watch the sunset. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to return again.

Would stay here again when I come back to Mallorca. Loved the finishes in the room and dining options like the rooftop bar with beautiful views.

Lovely hotel - clean. Situated in a perfect area of the city. Staff really friendly. Enjoyed using the Sky Bar and pool. Fantastic views.

The hotel is ideally situated and is in easy walking distance to the popular La Lonja area, the Cathedral and the Beach. The staff were friendly and efficient - we hired bikes whilst in Palma and we were able to store these in a room in the garage area of the Hotel for the whole week. The rooms were spacious and clean and really nice to have a small balcony area to sit out in. The breakfast choice was really good and the restaurant opened out to the pool area where you eat outside as well. The staff work really hard to make sure the hotel runs well. We went up to the Sky Bar and Pool and the view to the Cathedral is really lovely. We would recommend anyone to stay in the hotel and we really relaxed whilst there.
