It’s a Chateaux. Old style but beautiful.
It’s not luxury hotel.

We regret that in your personal opinion the product purchased through this online agency was not to your liking, even with all the clear and truthful information before you made your booking. As you can see, our hotel is right on the beachfront, it is a boutique hotel in Port de Sóller no less. We do not know which hotels you frequent and the prices for the services received. In Port de Sóller for a product like ours and in high season is the price you pay, in addition to receiving a larger than average room in the area, with everything perfect and with all amenities and services, our breakfast stands out for high quality fresh products, variety and quantity. We hope that you will come back to enjoy again the benefits of Port de Sóller, a marvellous corner of this splendid island in the Mediterranean Sea.Thank you, best regards

The hotel is clean and functional. The sun loungers by the pool need a towelling cover as they get very hot and the pool towel doesn’t cover the loungers so it’s a choice between head or feet burning on the lounger.
The stand out of the hotel is the staff - prepared to go above and beyond every time all the time - 5* outstanding service

Great spot on the beach at Port de Soller. Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need to have a sweet, relaxing break by the sea.
