The location is excellent, right on the beach! Hotel is clean. The staff at front desk were very helpful. However, the staff (short blond women and the tall/skinny guy) in the dinning room were in the combat mode rather in the service mode. We brought the breakfast and dinner package via Expedia, but no one mentioned to us any drink wasn’t part of the package although it’s the buffet. They neither presented the list of the drinks nor asked English speaking staff for help, instead speaking Spanish so loudly in the dinning room and I was literally asked if we had money, in English. NOT ACCEPTABLE. To put things in perspective, since we don’t drink, the cost for the drinks were about 5 Euro, like the cost to one ice cream. This were on for 3 dinners out 5. They need to be retrained. Clearly, there was a language barrier, but more importantly it was the attitude, as we travel around the world, language barrier becomes much less issue nowadays.

Poor view
Posted 20 Apr 2024 on HotelsWe paid extra for the sea view, but ended up with a very restricted view on the 1st floor. In my opinion the should not charge extra for such a poor view

Nice view, rooms lack certain amenities

1st time Mallorca - very good

I was very disappointed with the poor treatment we were given from some of the hotel staff. The air conditioner in our room was not working when we arrived and they wanted us to stay overnight in this hot room after traveling 10 hours. They refused to give us another room. Eventually, it was fixed in a short time. Our bed sheets were not changed throughout our stay (7 days). I purchased my own. They did not provide soap or shampoo. The room was not swept nor vacuumed. The safe did not work. It’s a no frills hotel. If you wanted an iron or a pool towel you had to pay for it. The floor light outside our room did not work. You had to walk in the dark to the elevator. We pointed these things and nothing was done. I didn’t want to ruin my vacation, so I said nothing more. The hotel is right across the street, which was a plus. I do not recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk.

We are sorry that you have felt bad at the hotel, the sheets and towels are changed every 3 days, the rooms are cleaned daily.
The pool towels are with deposit at the end when you return the towels the money is returned
The safe has to be activated at reception.
