Fabulous hotel but not necessarily in a five star area.
The area needs to recover from the down turn following COVID.
It is improving but quite slowly as it is a seasonal resort

No 5 star service offered from this hotel. Ripped bed sheets, thinned out towel, no help with luggage, no Kleenex in room, etc

Posted 10 Aug 2023 on HotelsGreat hotel everything worked great I heard rumours about air conditioning but all false very comfortable staff helpful . I had a late flight the day of checkout but they had a nice shower room set up before I went to the airport. Book this a day in advance so you get a proper half hour slot.
