Check in is incredibly slow with only one person on the desk, little information given at all. Insistent on paying 30 Euros per person as a deposit in cash, would not accept a credit card which obviously offers guests more protection if the hotel refuses to refund the deposit! All Inclusive is disappointing, one bar open and closes at 8pm! Only allowed one drink at a time and the queues make it not worth it. All meals are taken over the road at the other hotel which was not communicated to us until we checked out. The hotel really is nothing like it is advertised on their website. Before 9am on day of departure, Housekeeping attempted to get into our room and start cleaning it, very rude when I advised we would be leaving the room at 11am as this is checkout time. When you checkout they cut your wristbands off and if you want to have lunch or drinks before your flight home you will be charged an extra 15 Euros each. Overall, location is great but don't waste your hard earned money here, plenty of other lovely hotels in the area for a similar price!

This is clearly a party hotel but what do you expect in magaluf?
The rooms were clean enough but the pool wasn't the most clean.
Do not go if you are vegetarian or even pescatarian. There is never a vegetarian option for the evening meal but endless meat options. I lived off cheese sandwiches and salad all week and pizza if they bothered to put a vegetarian one out.
The rooms arent soundproof either so you get to hear everyone return at 6am and shout through the halls.
Also the beds and pillows - i felt crippled by the end of the holiday.
Worst bit about the hotel is the bar closes at 8 which is just ridiculous.. so no option of staying in for a few drinks and there was only ever one person on the bar so expect very long waits for your one drink per customer.
Despite the cleanliness and ok rooms i would not stay here again.

Food is good and the pool is really nice, front of house are very helpful too.

Average hotel with smelly rooms.
Posted 24 Jul 2019 on HotelsPool was the nicest thing in this hotel. Also getting free access to BH beach club was special. Otherwise it is very noisy 24/7 and room was very smelly. You also have to pay for everything. Safe in the room was 5 euros extra per night. You have to buy your own towels for the pool. Cleaning was done once every 2 to 3 days.
