I was given a room by the elevator which was very noisy and I found it difficult to get a nap during the day time.

Pros: It's position, layout, facilities, staff and food; i.e. an all-round 'thumbs up'!
Cons: Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
Location: Well positioned next to a lovely beach. A quiet resort but well served by buses, and larger resorts such as Cala Rajada are only a sort distance away.
We went with friends and had a great time. The facilities and various activities are excellent, and although it has a lot of rooms, it's well designed layout is such that it has the feel of a much smaller establishment. There are plenty of activities for different age groups and there is an impressive tennis 'set up'. The pools are well designed and the children's area looked great fun with a number of different water slides. The food was buffet style but the quality and variety was wonderful (we booked half-board and were surprised to find that soft drinks, wine and beer were included in the evening meal). The staff were very friendly, multilingual and helpful. Our room overlooked one of the larger pools and was comfortable, clean and had a lovely balcony.The hotel is in a quiet resort but is right next to a lovely sandy beach.

Good 4 star hotel especially for families
Posted 18 Sep 2016Excellent food, staff good position near beach. Very much hotel for families with young children excellent mini club animation team crazy golf beautiful children's pool. We went as a couple wanting quiet hol on 6/9 not good idea very noisy hotel full. Only quiet early May and later in year. Mainly other nationalities but all staff spoke English and kiddies club entertainers.
