Hotel split in two buildings indoor pool not great. Hotel next door had a party at night so was noisy Def not luxurious hotel but would say value for money. Receptionists were nice

Absolutely love everything about the hotel it’s our third stay at BG Pamplona and definitely will be returning

All the hotel staff were great and accommodating. Very customer service oriented and helpful. Area very safe and walkable.

Amazing hotel

We enjoyed a lot our stay at the hotel, everything was amazing, the food buffé was perfect and the staff were so friendly. Love it.
