The property was nice but very dated, old. The power went out daily. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful.

Quiet Hotel in peaceful area

Took us 20 minutes to gain entry to the hotel on arrival at 11.15pm as staff were asleep. Reception guy had no idea of our booking as was unable to reboot his computer. He eventually rang his manager and we were assigned a room some 50 minutes after arriving. Breakfast is continental but only consisted of omelette and toast, pancakes not available oh and fruit on the odd occasion which becomes tiresome after 1 week. There is one sunbed around the pool which is old and no umbrellas. Only had 1 meal in the 2 weeks which was delicious but order way before your ready to eat. Room was spacious, had to ask for toilet roll a couple of times and a towel. Lovely quiet area with nice views down to Accra. Noone on reception to check out with or to help with cases and open the gate. Staff quietly pleasant but only talked if spoken to, Customer service not quite there but hotel is perfect for those staying for a couple of nights in peaceful surroundings.

Great staff. I feel this is an excellent place whenever you are looking for a place to lodge. It has great views of the city on the mountains. Worth the price

Decent stay. Breakfast could be better. Tv didn’t work in room. No other alternative was given. Lavatory water had brown tint. Hotel security needs to improve..they allowed an uninvited guest to linger around the property until I came out my room. I made it clear I wasn’t expecting a guest, but the lady insisted I come downstairs to acknowledge the individual. I did not like that one but. Other than that it wasn’t terrible.
