When I booked the property, I was given the impression that I was booking a 3 bedroom property, only to arrive to 2 bedrooms. The villa had not been cleaned when we arrived which was at 10pm. We found the previous guest had forgotten several items inside, surfaces were dusty, and the fan in the living room was not working. Some lights did not work, and then the gas finished when we were there.
I was of the impression that the house would be cleaned daily. Instead we learned that the owner of the villa expects visitors to pay extra for cleaning. It was terrible.

Thank you for your review on Olson Villa. My apologies for the misunderstanding on how many bedrooms Olson Villa has. On the property details it states that it is a two bedroom Villa and that the cleaning would have to be arranged privately between the guest and the caretaker. I also sent an email communication to you with the caretakers phone number so you could let him know what time to expect you. He attempted to call you several times but never spoke to you. His calls went unanswered. The caretaker always sends me photos of the Villa as soon as it is ready for the next guest. Even if Christmas was a very busy time, he sent me photos of the Villa on the 28th noting it was ready for your arrival on the 29th. I am very sorry about the gas running out and I will definitely look into getting a spare container for such times. My sincere apologies. Unless the caretaker is giving us conflicting information, this reservation had two main issues, the gas running out but being replaced ASAP and the fan in the living room breaking down. We have attended to both these issues and we are currently hosting a new family. We shall definitely look into why we got a confirmation that the Villa was ready but yet it wasn’t and at that time of night. We hope to host you again and to surpass your expectations.
