IT COULD BE BETTER TO BE A 5 STAR

The hotel needs to improve the communication between the stuff and check that the amenities are always working inside and outside the property. Foods is excellent. The junior suite the rooms needs renew as well as the bathrooms.

Fabulous hotel, luxurious room with own balcony with loungers. Staff were fantastic in every way. Food was great. Overall a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend

Beautiful, clean property with very friendly, helpful staff. We loved our room and our stay! Food was beautifully prepared at Terrace and taste delicious. Highly recommend for a holiday!

Want happy with the fact that water kept being turned off for a very long time. Had to complain and get upset for it to be turned back on. Loved the room and restaurant. Was not happy with the half board option of going to tropical restaurant for lunch. It was not clean and floors everywhere and very dirty on tables. View was great though.
