"What a surprise this hotel was. Such a gem in Maibu .they give you a super cool car/ surf boards / wet suits . Staff were amazing - so friendly but not over the top so you feel like you’re staying in your own little place. Amazing attention to detail. Coifee brought to your room in the morning. Beautiful roof terrace with an amazing vibe and view. Would love to come back amd surf for a week! "

A couple things you need to know if you're reading the other comments: Elite apartment is the only one that has the south balcony over the ocean (it is rentable and not the owners suite). The other two say resort view as you can't see the ocean from your apartment but can right outside your door on your deckbetween the buildings. The wall switches control the BOTTOM outlets. "We loved Hotel June while visiting Malibu. It was outside of town so not so hectic. We felt safe and the customer service was great but we really didn't need any help as everything was as expected or exceeded our expectations.
