Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting, excellent staff, dealt with a few teething problems swiftly making for an amazing stay and experience. One of the few hotels we would definitely return to.

Highly recommend this hotel. The whole experience is perfect. You are truly looked after from being meet at reception to when you have to leave. Love this hotel

Cons: In our view some of the key managerial positions should be covered by more experienced staff.
The hotel is very beautiful from an interior design perspective presenting a mix of modern and classic features. Its position is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is facing a breath-taking and quite bay and behind it there is a pine forest. There is a nice long path by the sea for long walks, several little beaches and restaurants. We had a pleasant stay and the hotel staff was overall very polite and professional except some of them appeared to be rather unexperienced so we experienced some service hiccups. I was attempting to have a manicure at the spa and I ended up having three of my fingers hurt and all my nails damaged by the practitioner. However, the more senior staff managed the incident very professionally. We also had a problem at the check-out when we were given the bill. The first bill we were given was wrong and we had to explain that we purchased a half board and the member of staff was rather unprofessional and argued back that this was not the case. We insisted she should check the account and she then realised we actually had half board. In addition, there was a confusion about the pricing of services at the spa where they have a pricing list in Kune (local currency) and Euros. However, when we checked out the price in Euros on the final bill was different, apparently as subject to exchange rates. The pricing list at the spa should clearly state that the price in Kune is the correct one and the price in Euros is only indicative.
