"The staff here are lovely, friendly and helpful, the hotel is in the town so is ideal for those wanting just a very short stroll into the old town, Our room had just a stunning view of the castle and over the roofs of the old village and was worth the price alone. We had a nice balcony to look out on this view in the morning and evening and so really enjoyed this. The room was modern and clean with a nice bathroom. "Only stayed for one night enroute to Tuscany but it was just lovely. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Although the kitchen had closed we were offered some lite bites, which were perfect, as was our table by the side of the lake. Before retiring we enjoyed a promenade along the lake and breakfast the following morning was plentiful - great omelettes. "

"The most disgusting, bug infested, dirty, run down “hotel” I’ve ever experienced. Every species of bugs you can think of almost. If you don’t like bugs, don’t come here. If you do like bugs, come here. I will dispute this, it was a nightmare from hell. I would not wish my worst enemy to come here. Bugs everywhere, wifi hardly works. Not close to the town, bad location. No taxis available either. Host is condescending and acts like bugs are acceptable. "
