Mentalite Hotel Reviews

This hotel was in the middle of the earthquake area of Malatya and all the buildings were destroyed or uninhabitable. The building could not be found. We had to find alternative accomodation. PLEASE ENSURE A REFUND OF OUR MONEY.

I have not a lot more to say than middle of the road, nothing too good or bad. It didn’t feel very welcoming. They did get our laundry done within 4 hours, which was great. The area is very conservative. Not many tourists, so cover up. It was warm so when we arrived we had shorts on to the knees. The hotel could do with some warmth. Breakfast was good. There wasn’t anything wrong with the property, we’ve just received some good hospitality in Turkey and I felt it lacked that.
