There were no hangers in the closet (room 719) and the floor was uneven outside the closet and from there towards the bed, Would be better to have big soap dispensers by the sink and shower instead of those little bottles. Two elevators, seemingly on separate systems - you needed to call them both to stand the best chance of getting one. None of this spoiled my stay, just little quirks that I hope it's useful to know about! Staff were excellent!

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, spacious rooms, comfy beds, good bathroom and near to metro buses,and lical shops. There is,also an abundance of taxis

The hot water was yellow and the staff don’t know how to solve it and they did not warn us at checkin

I selected the hotel because of the pool, you can’t use it without an appointment and only for 1/2 hour, did the appointment but was turned away because I didn’t have a cap. There were plenty of hotels with the same quality at 1/2 the price, but I wanted a pool. It was a complete waste of money and the entire hotel is under construction, constant non stop noise all day long.

Muy buena hotelería y mejor ubicado, la habitación esta muy buena y recomiendo este hotel , lo único es muy complicado usar ascensores en hora pico... Solucionable,
