Lazy front desk and oddly maintained place
Posted 2 Aug 2018 on HotelsHotel premises are quite good but the maintenance is poor. Front desk service awful. No hello, no goodbye (Muslim receptionists’ standard...I am not racist), I aksed where to find post and now answer. It only came when I asked 3 times. Then he waved his hand in the direction towards the door. When I asked which way and how far, the guy just said he doesn’t know. No service attitude. Similar happened during checkout with different person. Rooms are okay clean, breakfasts are Indonesian. Room aircon has must be getting the air from a place close to the attached My Place club as the entire night I smelled cigarette smoke. If I ever get chance going Malang, I pass this hotel in a good distance.

Mainly geared to local tourists?

Pros: The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. The location is quite convenient. The room rates are quite reasonable. It was also reasonably clean.
Cons: Needs structural renovation, better lighting, more staff during peak periods
This hotel wasn't my first choice and I regret that I haven't changed my mind. It has had some work done, but still needs more. There were two lights in our room not working when we arrived, not to mention that there was no staff to assist with luggage, except the security guard. The fittings looked worn and marked, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke. The skirting board was parting company with the wall, and one of the electric sockets wasn't put into the wall properly. Apart from that, the room was moderately comfortable. The food quality was acceptable, and the breakfast, which was Indonesian food, was reasonably good. However, the printed menus were a bit tatty and sometimes stained. There were a few too many insects, such as cockroaches and ants. I also noticed that the swimming pool seemed to have tiles missing, and at one stage the water was actually dirty.

Pros: Lokasi mudah dijangkau, dekat dg tempat hiburan malam dan gratis masuk kesana karna customer hotel
Cons: Kebersihan dinding kamar mandi kalau bisa lebih bersih tapi overall oke
Walaupun lokasi dinpinggir jalan besar tpi tetap tenang di dalam kamar..
Kamar nyaman..lokasi mudah dijangkau

Pros: Zimmer und Pool
Cons: Wir mussten beim check-in relativ lange warten.
Location: Das Hotel liegt im zentrumsnah.
Das Hotel bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Umgebung könnte schöner sein (es liegt an einer stark frequentierten Straße).
