"The rooms needs to be renovated. The toilet had a crack, the controlpad of the air condition ist so old, that it is nearly Impossible to push the buttons. The ac itself did work, after I claimed that it did not. The fridge in the room is so loud, that it is hard to sleep. And you can hear every whisper of your neigbors. There is a weird smell in the lobby. The bed in the room and the breakfast was good. The cutlery could use an upgrade. But that is a nice to have. The hotel itself is close...

"This is a tremendous hotel and worth the quick cab ride from the station. The breakfast was varied and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The folks at the front desk were great and arranged our dinner reservations since we don't speak Italian. The bedroom was clean and comfortable."
