No wifi service. It’s a families vacation hotel, crowded. Breakfast hv to wait because place small to accommodate big group. Lifts service very bad, 5 & more minute waiting. Breakfast menu the same

Arrived late as we had a long drive. One member of staff on reception so was waiting a long time to check in. 1st room allocated had not been cleaned properly, safe did not work and was turned round completely ?? Patio doors did not lock and the air conditioning units for the hotel were right outside our door so it was extremely noisy. I asked to change rooms but the lady at the reception said that she had to send maintenance up to check what I had told her was true !!!!! I couldn’t believe it - this was about 8pm and we were tired and just wanted a functioning room so we could freshen up. The staff on reception were miserable and unhelpful throughout. We eventually moved up to a higher floor but again the safe did not work !! This room could have done with a good clean too. There were stains in the bedsheets. Won’t stay here again. Needs condemning. It seems to me that the residents in the hotel are second class to the people that live in the apartments.

Posted 5 Oct 2024 on HotelsVery run down establishment. Only 1 lot of shampoo and body wash provided for a couple over two nights.
The air conditioner is noisy and only operates at 18’.
There is no towel attendant for The Shore Hotel patrons ( share middle pool with Swisse Gardens who pay less for rooms and get towels) and vending machine was broken, so couldn’t get water or snacks.
There was always issues with the elevators.
Not much in the shopping complex.
Loved the Roof Top Pasma Bar. Staff there were absolutely amazing.

Long waiting time for lift. A lot of time wasted just to wait lift. Wait time up to 30mins.

Rooms are dusty and dirty…. Especially the bathroom is smelly. Long wait for the lifts. Very poor quality.

The residence didn't have WIFI but the place was good, clean and spacious overall. The toilets were clean too, although not perfect, is well maintained.
Water pressure from the shower is so-so but can do the job. The only drawback is that the cupboards seems a little dusty, so we didn't put anything in.
The aircon to the gym was also not working and equipment doesn't seem to be very well maintained. However, it should be ok for the price.
