The hotel management is very supportive of requests and listens to feedback with actions. Some electrical appliances may need to be upgraded though.

Refurbishment is required
Posted 4 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe room is old and rundown. Need maintenance and refurbishment. The pool is not clean and full of sands on the floor tiles. Everything need to be change!

Premise was run down. Both Lift wasn't working so had to climb 6 floors to the appt. Bedsheets and towels were with yellow stains. One of the toilet heater not working. Party ongoing somewhere in premise into the wee hours. Luckily was only for a night.

Great property. Good location. We had a few issues with the Wi Fi but the communication with staff was very good.
